Your Privacy & Safety

• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  Our practice maintains strict compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to protect our patients' health and identity information. We will specifically ask you for your signature to release information to insurance companies or other health care providers, and then will only release what is absolutlely necessary. We also use a paperless charting and accounting system that is password-protected.

  Our office adheres to strict sterilization procedures that meet or exceed all guidelines for the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Dental Association.
